Where do I send my 5DII to get it cleaned?

Yes, it is a silly question, but I never had a problem with that situation until now. There is a bit of dust inside the sensor of my camera and I would like to send it somewhere to get it cleaned. It's not noticeable other than on macro shots, but that's when it counts too. Thanks in advance for the help!

You should be able to find details of your nearest Canon service centre on the web. If you are lucky, there may be a local shop that are authorised by Canon.

Start submitting a repair request and you should see an estimate.

They say all over the site that they try for a 7 day turnaround. This starts AFTER they start working on the camera and it was a week after they received my 40D. Fast after that initial delay. Figure 2 weeks to be safe.

Be sure to read the tread below from Saltire where his lens came back dirtier than it was when it was sent in. Makes you realize that you really need to learn how to clean your own sensor.....
