First post of the forum here. I currently have a G-10, several older print cameras I no longer use and a Rebel 300D I bought about 8 years ago. Most of my lenses were bought in the 1990s when I shot my Elan and EOS 630. The question I have is do you think I would see any marked improvement if I upgraded my body and lenses? The 300D works as good as it did the day I bought it. I rarely enlarge anything larger than 8X10. Subject matter is generally landscape, travel photography and family outings. My lenses are an old 50mm 1.8, a 35-80, a 70-210 USM and a newer 18-55. My wife has said she wants us to buy a new system before we retire in about 3 years so maybe I should just keep what I have for now and upgrade then. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks in advance
Mark
