what are you going to hang it from? And I was also planning on tying mine in under the seat to the rails or something else under there...

Ben, may not happen; may sell the Miata. The Miata has a wind blocker behind the seats. I was going to link to that. I have straps and Night Ize Biners bought and set aside. Just need the b'pack.

edit: Nite Ize here:

I keep mispelling the company name; however, google figured it out.

Well it won't fit in the Miata...just traded my Think Tank Retro10PS bag for a Speed Racer. Thanks Albert W.!

Why? Primary concern is using the PS bag in the rain. The raincover buttons up the bag so I can't shoot. Can't put it on in anticipation of rain...and still shoot.

Best,

Your review helped a lot, Ben.
Speed Racer is easy to carry, and easy to work from. The Retro10 I traded is good for others; didn't work for me.
Glad I have this bag.

yeah, like I said in the review, if I had to choose between the two it'd be very hard but the functionality of the speed would most likely win. The retro just looks so much better for more casual settings.

I owned the original speed demon and it suffered greatly from sag with a 1 series body and lens. The shoulder strap attached on small loops and was uncomfortable and supported little if any weight.

I'm surprised you could fit that in the bag. My gripped rebel was very tight.

I've had incredible customer service from Think Tank, and in the past from LowePro (Daymen). Trust your issue will be resolved.
I haven't had good service from Tenba/Vistek--the Canadian vendor. I had the same issue, unresolved with them. Like you, my problem occurred right away. The retail vendor wasn't interested in solving the problem. So as long as I used the bag, I muttered under my breath--and it wasn't to recommend it to other shooters.

I've had pro shooters recommend this bag to me for a long time. Now that I have one, I'm very glad! Wish I had bought it a while ago.

i was surprised at the speed that they got back to me via email. 7 minutes!!!! fastest response i've ever had

thanks guys.

on the repair, yeah, call them, they'll sort you right out. Does it look like a missed/bad stitch though, or just overloaded? I've yet to have an issue with any of my TT stuff, so I'm just curious.

and MDJAK, weird you couldn't get any weight onto the shoulder strap?
