I like the idea. I would put the text to the right or left of the candle and crop the other side off.

Its clumsy as it is now. Separate the text and the picture..

Similarly, it's a bit ambiguous as to how a shot of a candle relates to the quote or Mother Teresa.

I prefer the font as is BUT I am sure you can find a better font and Solix raises a point......is the candle appropriate for the text or the author? This is especially a consideration if you put the text beside the object as ttleahy suggested.
