The flow my way has been ok for a little while now...

It's the outgoing flow I'd like to see get a little more activity. I've been able to attend some very cool things of late but it's been hard generating traction to get them in print / billable.

Still trying though...

That sounds great! Congrats.

Well, it seems that Boeing has a program where they reach out to "enthusiasts" and invite them to attend various functions in Everett, WA.

[...]

So that's where I'll be the first part of next week...

This is awesome Jay! Enjoy the whole experience. :)

Now here is a question for you, Jay. If you had the choice, would you prefer to see the handover of the 1st Boeing Dreamliner, or the 1st Airbus A380?

I suppose the A380 was a tad bit more "exotic" but that's because it was in France. ;)

There is a huge factory in Wales, UK, that makes the wings for the A380. Yep, fully assembled wings are made there, then they transported to France in a really ugly Airbus transporter plane.

Heck that place in Wales, just south of Chester where by brother lived, and a wee bit further south of Liverpool where I am from has it's own football team too :D They aren't that good though ;)

that A380 is not alllllllllllllll French :D:D

Bad jokes/puns aside Jay, sounds like a fun trip to Washington.
