Just saw this for sale at Costco... MIght have considered it over the G12.... it's a good price with both lenses... isn't it? I'm so intrugued with these little cameras... lol...

Good price on that camera. One of the cameras I carried in Vietnam was a very small Olympus...

One of the guys who was with us at the airshow in Texas had one of these and while it took great images, I couldn't help but notice that, despite the smaller sizes involved, he still needed a bag to carry everything!

IMO, that kind of negates the purpose of having something small and discreet to bring along when you don't want to bring your SLR (and its bag...)

Precisely the reason I'd like the G12... I want a pocket camera with a bit more sophistication (and the ability to shoot in RAW) than the typical pocket camera. The G5 I have is just a bit too large. You need a big pocket for it.

Yeah, yeah I know I've been a complete and total stranger. Work keeps me busy as hell... I honestly don't think I've ever worked this hard before... ever... There are some sweet rewards in the form of hugs and kisses, and sweet faces that look for me and call my name... but heaven help me... I'm working hard...

NIce kill, Dan.

I am just laying on the sofa, after another busy night. Working on my laptop, wife sleeping in the bedroom and Alexander on my chest sound asleep. For being the only one up and not being able to make my crave-worthy bacon in a bap sucks though!!

Is there a bacon ban in your house?

Greetings and salutations from the frozen wine country. It's been 32f the last three mornings. I'm getting tired of scraping ice off my SUV. I guess I should clean the garage out this weekend so I can park it inside for the winter.

Harm - I had to look up that "bacon in a bap" thing. I'd have to double my dosage of Zocor in order to eat one of those. :-)

Working those biceps Tim?

We have warmed up on this side of the states. The weather has been very odd.
