I really don't get it I guess. Is this worth 4.3 million?

It only has to be worth that to one person...

I'm still looking for him/her as we speak. ;)

Thats what I was thinking.

But seriously, am I really that out of touch as to what constitutes a good photo? I look at this and see nothing special at all. What am I missing?

I understand that it only takes one willing to pay but clearly they saw something.

Hey.. I got an idea. I'll buy one of you pictures for a million and you buy one of mine for a million and we both get into the news for selling photographs for millions and money wise we come out even.

Now, where did I put that spare million I've been saving for a rainy day.

There have been a number of discussions about the image...for the life of me, I don't see the attraction. The vast majority of people I've talked to said they would hit the delete button if that was all they had to show for their effort. I sort of find myself leaning that direction too and I don't delete anything! :lol:

People will smell a rat with a one on one deal. How many people do we have to have join the circle before it looks innocent?

Don't really know anything about the photo but another thread mentions it's from a LF neg and has amazing detail.

Maybe the actual print has more "wow" to it than a web-sized thumbnail? I dunno...

Better to start a cult following who worships the wall...

Significant tax advantages. ;)

I don’t understand why it wouldn’t go through. I couldn’t find any mistakes!

I just can't get the IRS to accept this, but I'll keep trying until they do.

In response to the question: "List all dependents?"

I replied -

12 million illegal immigrants;

3 million crack heads;

42 million unemployable people on food stamps;

2 million people in over 243 prisons;

Half of Mexico; and

535 fools in the U.S. House and Senate.

Apparently, this was NOT an acceptable answer but I believe it's correct!

Speaking of taxes............:lol:
