It looks like our museum is getting another locomotive. This time it's a former SP low-hood GP9, currently owned by DOD and located at Camp Pendleton.

This is how it looked when it was owned by SP...

Short but intense...

Took me 30 years to get to where I'd set foot in a Buick dealership and it will be at least another 30 before I ever do it again. We're now a two Toyota family.

Eventually. It would likely go back to the Bloody Nose paint job. We already have a high-hood GP9 in the Black Widow scheme and the low-hood one never was painted in Black Widow.
