Hilarious to see people up in arms over the 24-70 not having IS.

This thread is my current "Best In Show" for comedy...

Good morning all.

Mel where is the scratch? I have yet to scratch the front of the iphone. Heck i have taken my keys to the front of it and tried to scratch it infront of people to no avail. Only to prove to them that you dont need a screen protector. Now the back of the phone...that is a different story.

The scratch is on the "screen". It's not big, but it shows up as a rainbow.

The big difference though Harm, is that that thread is supposed to be funny...

Funny "Ha Ha" Vs Funny "Really Kinda Sad"

That looks very similar to my old 1997 Chevy Cavalier after that little incident in June 2004...

1998 Honda Accord...

The last accident I was in didn't involve any insurance settlements. I was in Tuscon and was making a left turn onto a freeway on-ramp. I was clobbered on the right quarter panel of the truck by an oncoming driver. I pulled over and stopped but the other driver kept on going...

I honestly think the accident was my fault because I didn't understand how the traffic lights worked and I turned in front of the other driver. Since the other party didn't stop and the damage to my 1998, 100K mileage truck was only cosmetic, I never filed a claim...

FWIW, I'm seeing quite a bit of sniping in the Nikon camp over D4 specs Vs D800 specs Vs D800E specs.

Some (who I guess have actually tried both) are busy defending each for what they are. Not all that different really than defending Canon products for what they each do best.

I think 2012 could be a watershed year for the entire photo industry. Both Canon and Nikon users may be praying the Mayans were right when all is said and done.

Doesn't it always happen? When the camera isn't what was expected or doesn't fit the individuals needs you will have the sniping.
