Ah, why's that Lonnie?
I'm not sure exactly what happened. Someone flipped the wrong switch or clicked on the wrong setting or something. All I know is that everyone's password for the Kronos system got reset sometime last Friday. That's five fully staffed medical centers and dozens of supporting offices, medical institutes, urgent care clinics, etc. whose employees suddenly can't log into the system to access their timecards. And, guess who they all call to have their account reset?
It was a very busy weekend and was just starting to become exponentially so by 8:30am when the Monday-Friday workers started to roll in (and I got to roll out of there).
That sucks. Hope it gets better.
It's better now. I'm off work and the next two days are my "weekend". Hopefully they'll have this mess all sorted out and fixed by the time I go back in Thursday morning...
