More info | Oct 09, 2011 02:36 | #1138 We got less water than many of the other houses on the street....but ours was the only one to twist on the foundation...repair costs would far exceed the value of the property....now it becomes up to the bank, the insurance people and the engineers.....we don't even get much of a say....but we realize that repairs are probably out of the question. I met with two different engineers today and both recommended the property be condemned. People that know me call me Dan
