kevindar Cream of the Crop 5,050 posts Likes: 38 Joined May 2007 Location: california More info | Sep 18, 2011 10:58 | #6 first shot is great. second shot the left side of her face is a little too hot. at f2 (second shot) you start seeing a bit of the nervous bokeh the lens produces in the background blur. this is worse around 2.8. past f 5.6 its not as much of an issue. In terms of sharpness, the lens is truly amazing by any standards. In fact, it is sharper at f 5.6-f8 on a full frame, corner to corner than just about every L zoom, and most L primes, including the 85 1.2, 5 1.2 (by a good margin) and so on. My Flickr

So trying to catch running kids is gonna be hard at times, but if you can catch them off guard then the lens will do you justice!!!
