did you lessen the contrast on that first shot, or did you desaturate? In any event, I would also give it more contrast if it were my photo. Pretty eyes on that baby.

Put that contrast back :) I like the 1st with an 8 x 10 crop.

I like the soft contrast of the first.

@horsrsik: thats the mum, bub is leaning over her sholder, you can see the corner of her face and hair in that photo

@imgnxpsr: Thanks! I tried it full contrast and saturation, this suits it better (I feel) glad you agree!

I also agree that the original soft shot (low contrast) for #1 suits the image - I like it very much actually...well done Ekir.

I like the low contrast of #1 too but I'm not sure how well that would translate to print.

I would have made No.1 b/w.
Cropped out the whole right side of the No.2 and left the whole chin in frame. You could have left some space to the left of shot considering the direction the baby is looking.
