Improvements on a website should happen as and when you need them, not in a fixed timeframe. It's good practice to continually work on your website only adding/removing things needed.

You already have a good site with decent layout, but it feels very cluttered. There is a LOT for the viewer to take in no matter which page they're on.

Keeping your portfolio sizeable is not the issue, people like seeing pictures over reading, so if your pictures speak for your work, leave them there. But as a rule of thumb, unless you're starting out, your portfolio is suited for only your best work.

The one big update I'd recommend is getting rid of the multiple "package" options and putting them under one roof, allowing users to compare them.

Also think about moving to a dynamic scripted availability calendar than you don't have to manually update in the website.

Apart from the above, I wouldn't change much if the site works for you. If at all you want to make a radical change, I'd do it for two main reasons; a better open layout & to get rid of fixed width.

The main thing that jumps out at me is the font size. 12px fonts, rendered in tan on a white background is very tough to read on a high resolution screen, and certainly small compared to the rest of the internet (I generalize of course).

Looks too cluttered for me. Maybe removing the frames/boxes may help?

way too cluttered for me remove the two side comlumns these could be on a page by there own. and enlarge the main photo/slideshow also the background being dark beige and the site content being a white background just doesnt work .

i would honestly keep the photo you are trying to portray as the main focus this is about your photo's not social networking sites, too many links you only need 1/2 and you can put that next to or just above the nav bar (or wherever best suits)

The text color is very difficult for me to read. If I did not find something in your site within less than minute that kept my interest committed, I'd leave for another professional site that was easy to read, where the photographer also seemed very good.

The resume' is nice.

Sure like the page flipper album thing you are using.

Definitely have some very nice images on there. They don't even need enlargement. Even small, they look professional.

aaah much better imo now i can take in the whole of the front page without being daunted with so many options! :D

one very small thing that bothers me is in the landscape section (great photo's by the way) when the page flips and comes to a rest there seems to be a fine white line splitting the two, would there be any way to make that disapear or is that hard coded in or something? just as its one whole picture looks slightly odd

im still not a big fan of the framing around the pictures on the site though i think this is because of the background, could i/we possible see one with a full white background? i totally understand what your going for but im wondering if a white background may make it look a little more flush? alternatley i could be extreamly wrong!

over all though the small tweaks make the site look brand new to me and is a pleasure to navigate around now.
