Here's the equipment that I need to transport(all by car):

2-AB400
1-AB800
3-Heavy Duty Light stands that when folded are are 3.75' long.
3 umbrellas when folded are less than 18" long
MISC Items - Extension cord x 2 and a splitter

I recently was contacted by 2 local high schools to shoot homecoming and prom dances. I have 4 shoots in total that I know I will need the gear for. I do not intend to do any travel with the setup, so i am not concerned about any travel related types of cases.

That would be one huge case and not very easy to find. Thats why I went with a pelican case for my lights and padded cases for my stands.

Ahhhh....never thought of splitting up the lights and stands. :D

What Pelican case are you using for your lights? This is the brunt of my concern when transporting my lights. I'd hate for something to break.
