Probably camping near there, curious of any good spots. Haven't had the time to scout anything specific. Any ideas? Thanks!

Here's a shot I got a while back of the small farmhouse right in town.... I hope it's still there! If you go that way, just keep going up the road to the top of Independence Pass.

If I were there for several days, I'd talk to the Jeep rental guys about mining trails near there. Then I'd rent a Jeep and get out there. Stan (See my gallery at http://www.pbase.com/sparker1
