Well done. I agree that suit is tough on the eyes.

I know. I thought the suits looked awesome, but I knew it was going to freak out in the photos.

Most of this wedding was with the 70-200 and the 24-70.

Those stripes must've been pretty fierce! #3 looks terrible. Did you try softening/blurring the suits in an attempt dull the zebra look? There's also a pretty noticeable reflection in the groom's sunglasses in #3.

The lady in #4 kind of ruins the shot, but I guess it would've been inappropriate to move into the isle while the bride and groom were exiting.

Other than that, I think you did a great job, as usual.

Ugh, that suit! I bet it seemed like a good idea when they picked them out, too!

I love them all except the first one. It just kind of looks like the guys all have to pee. :) But, yeah, love the rest!!

Great stuff. obviously the stripes are very distracting on the groom though.

On #3 is that an umbrella reflected in his glasses, or how was that shot lit?

Thanks 4 sharing :)

everything is nice except for the suits the guys r wearing....
i bet u when the couple was looking at the pics, the bride probly told the groom "u shouldn't have worn that kind of suit, now the pictures r ruined"... then they're going to have their 1st argument as a married couple.... :D thats how it is anyway....

I would clone out the stripes *LOL*
Nice series but not a fan of the pose in #1 or the splotchy lighting.

Thanks for all the comments guys. As far as the suits, I obviously had no control over that. although I thought they looked cool, I knew it was going to be bad for photos, but its not like they can get new suits.

As the pose in number 1, peacefire makes a good point. I like doing this pose, but it kinda does look like they have to go to the bathroom. About the splotchy light, I agree with you. I don't like splotchy light, but I didn't know how long I would have with the guys, so I set up the strobe outside of the grooms house and was prepared to shoot only one shot. It turned out we had a lot more time, thus the reason we took more photos.

As far as lighting, 1 was lit with a bare strobe, and 4 was an umbrella on my einstein. The rest are natural except the last, which was lit by the Quantum flash shot direct.

Take a look at THIS (external link) video to see whether the (photoshop) technique will help you remove some of the moire.
