Aressem, the EXIF is intact on the photos.. the one you were looking at is:

1 sec at ƒ2.8 ISO 200

Thanks Todd. What are you using to view the EXIF if you don't mind me asking?

its actually two pictures. one with the city lights totally out of focus and then the laid over the original image

I'm using a browser EXIF plugin. Specifically, ExifExt for Safari. However, there's plugins available for Chrome and Firefox too of course.

It's quick and easy to view the EXIF info, right in the browser.
