Another image from the century old Victoria Hospital in London, Ontario. This time it is of the morgue. The morgue was packed with people during the 'open house' and took quite a while to wait for no one to be in the frame. Again, the HDR was built from 9 images assembled in Photomatix. There was also a stone table, but there was always people hanging around that one.

I tried following vmlopes tutorial on 'God Rays'. Came out nothing like his images. I am happy with the final result as they are subtle which is what I wanted. I am so impressed with how he can make an image look so dark, sinister and grungy. If he ever did a video tutorial DVD on his processing techniques, I would be first in line to buy it! Hope you read this Victor.

Al

That's more like it. Your iron lung was too "bright and cheery".

I really like this one and think you did a nice job on the light rays too. Now all you need is for one of your buddies to hop up on that table wearing a mask for the shot. ;)

Sweet imgage Al, really nice shot and processing.

Victor, you play on a different field than the rest of us. Outstanding!
