I was just curious what your "process" is when ordering prints/products, either through a ROES system or "MPIX" style online upload.
What do you do that you feel speeds up your ordering process? How do you organize/name the files? When you are ordering a variety of sizes / paper types what is your process of ensuring accuracy and completeness of the order (do you have an order form, or group of order forms you simply check off? Make a spreadsheet, etc). For instance do you order all 4x6 then all 5x7 then all 8x10 and so on? Or, if you have an image you need multiple sizes of, do you do that first? I'm finding that ordering for me is a very time consuming process and I'm trying to learn how to improve and speed it up.
This next order I've listed the files and sizes in a spreadsheet and plan to check them off as I go. I tend to wait until I have several prints, or sets of prints I want before placing an order.
