Is there a converter that offers focus confirmation while using Zuiko lenses on Canon bodies?

All over Ebay. Assuming you mean manual OM mount lenses.

For me the focus confirmation is not enough accurate.

OM Zuiko lenses are underrated but give excellent results on digital bodies (I've 24mm f/2.8, 50mm f/1.4, 100mm f/2.8 on 5D) if you're familiar with manual lenses

Just look for ones with a little circuit and electrical contacts. AF Confirm is usually in the auction title.

I bought many AF confirm chips, most reliable I could get were optix v5+ with trapping function,
I use it on a OM to EOS adapter for a zuiko 500mm/8 ... working even for sports (of course far from a AF lens, but not that tricky)

All pictures were done with 5D MKII+ Zuiko 500/8 + AF confirm optix V5+ ..

You can stick yourself such chip on the adapter, it's a bit tricky, but can be done.

I prefer to use my Zuiko in magnified LV mode, much more accurate focusing than pretty much anything else would give me.

Why would we need AF confirm if not to shoot moving subject ?

To focus on stationary subjects.

 ....
I don't imagine using so much AF confirm for static subjects,
you loose so much focusing space in the frame (I imagine more than 50%) by using focus points .. LV gives you even more usable space to focus probably 90% of the frame.

What's "focusing space", and how do I turn on LV on my 30D?

I think Liveview came only from 40D so you can't with 30D,

Focus points for AF through viewfinder cover less than 50% of he space so you can't use AF if your subject is too much outside the center.
I imagine with a small viewfinder, it must be tricky to manual focus.
