It is interesting, but Im not particularly moved by it. There is a lot going on here, and Im not sure what Im to be focused on. The lights along the bottom and man in orange seem out of place. Those are pretty neat lights though.

Maybe a better crop on the bottom to stain better focus on vertical lights as the subject?
