The way i was gonna get the 60D or 7D body was by selling my T1i along with the grip battery's memory cards and 18-55 kit lens

What lens were you going to use on the 60D or 7D? What do you shoot mostly? Based on the stuff on your 500px, Id look at one of the 17-50 variants. The sigma is quite nice. :D

What lens are we recommending?

For zooms:
24-70mm 2.8, 16-35mm 2.8, 17-40mm 4, 70-200mm 2.8mm non IS

For Primes:
Σ 30mm 1.4 , Σ 50mm 1.4, Σ 85mm 1.4, Canon 50mm 1.4, Canon 85mm 1.8, etc.

You have some really slow lenses, to be shooting with a cropped body. Upgrading to a 7D or 60D still won't allow you to get quicker shutter speeds, without getting a lot of noise, as they are not really more efficient than a T1i in the noise department.

You could do the Canon Loyalty Program, send them a broken Canon camera for a 5D Mark II and it'll be a little more than $1,200. Although you want fps, so I don't know if that would be a wise choice.
