
Do any of you notice the images on the LCD screen being "softer"
than the same images after being loaded into the computer?
I'm used to judging sharpness, to some degree anyway, by viewing the LCD screen.
I bought this camera from KEH, I may have to return it.
Love the build quality. I will definitely get another if this one proves to be defective.
Are you zooming in the image with the LCD? I think mine is soft when zoomed in. I basically use the LCD to make sure the image was not exposed poorly to one extreme or the other. It's so small, I roll my eyes every time I look at an image. LOL
If you shoot raw and process all files on your computer, I'd suggest setting your customer parameters to boost jpg sharpness to something that may make the LCD more accurate so to speak. If you have the Picture Profiles (IIn only), shoot using Landscape for more sharpness.
