Amazing shots Randall! I would love some directions to this spot if you have them (Sorry I dont have a GPS) How far of a hike is it? Only thing I was able to find is that its just south of Mesquite.
Thanks

I had a friend take me there while it was still dark out. Not sure I could find it again.
Check Keith's site out http://www.kapplemultimedia.com …r2009/bin/winter2009.html (external link) it has a nice map of the area.

Thanks for the info Randall! I cant wait for it to cool down a little so I can make a trip out there. How long of a drive is it once you leave pavement in Mesquite?

Not sure, maybe 30 minutes. It took us two hours to get there from Decatur and the 215

Thanks again Randall! I think I'm going to plan a trip up there once it cools off and take the quads. That way I can take my time while its light out and the kids can have a little fun too :)

Nature's abstracts can be really neat. I am not one for making things out in the clouds, but I actually saw all the animals/faces before I read the title. Maybe my right brain works a little....lol.

Love these, Randy. It's a place I've had on my list for a while. Still hoping.

I love that place and will be back as soon as it cools down. I particularly like the B&W.

I thinks it's almost an hour from Mesquite, a pretty easy drive for any SUV. Stan, next time you're out we'll head down there.

Win
