I rarely ever post a site that I come across unless they really impress me. This link was on John Knack's blog of Adobe fame. The ones of the train are really cool and I wonder how she got access to do this.

My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

Pretty cool stuff!

I suppose she could have been at the rear shooting "backwards", but I don't have a clue:)!

There are trains where the rear car has a window at the very back. Every one I've seen is utterly filthy though. Maybe the windows are clean where she is.

They must be, because otherwise I don't think you could get a shot!

Of course, if you are close to the window the "filth" would be way out of your Depth of Field, but it still would be like having a filthy lens...

Subways outside of the USA are clean. Even with the new trains rolling out in NYC, idiots find a way to mess up the windows.

Geno, I don't recall -- did you shoot that from the back of the train?

That's from the front. This one's from the back:

I must admit that I've never ridden a subway so I can't comment on how smooth they are but...the trains in the upper mid-west give me bloody urine from the bumps in the tracks.
Regardless, those images are indeed interesting.
