Minnesota North Shore Colors

How are the fall colors out there right now? The wife and I are thinking of running out there for the weekend of 24SEP and I was wondering if the leaves are changing really well, or should I wait another week, or two????

I'd be interested to hear too, I was up north a few weeks ago so I probably won't be able to make a trip again to see the fall colors...

Not much yet down in the Minneapolis/St Paul area but it may be about that time up further north. Saw a few shots on flickr this week with bright red maple leaves but then again you never know exactly how far north they were and everything else.

Did you make it last weekend? how was it?
