A friend using Zoom Browser is having a problem printing an album page to her Canon S800 printer. She is printing at high quality with a custom image size just under 8X10. After waiting as long as 30 minutes there is no output to the printer. When we shutdown the computer, it says there is an unfinished print job and asks if we want to print it. When we reply "Yes", the picture will then print. Why won't it print until the computer is shut down?

Windows 98
Canon S800 with USB connection (Also tried parallel with same result)
