This event's in danger of turning into this week's Formula Ford Festival

Cracking selection of shots, #3 & #4 are my particular faves. Very close on the action, can really see the car working.

I have my first Rallycross gig in a couple of weekends here in Central Florida. Attended an event a month ago and was asked to take a few shots for a writer of the "Grassroots Motorsports Magazine" and even though his point and shoot gave a few usable shots, I thought I would return and give them something a little better for publication. This sport is just beginning in Florida and the event is in a reclaimed phosphate pit on a rough 1.8 mile circuit that is all dirt. No true rally cars, a few WRX's and Golfs and limited entries. Pllan to get there early to learn the opportunistic corners. No fences or trees...just wear a day-glo vest and stay in touch on your radio and try to stay safe. Canon EOS 20D, BG-E2, 70-200 IS L series and a couple of Canon short lenses
