That late, there's enough filtering by the dust, water and crap in the air that you're often ok. Basically, if you can stand to look directly at it with your naked eyes, it's safe to take a picture of it. DON'T try to use a telescope on it, though! The extra magnification can be enough to cause serious and permanent damage, even on a very low sun like that one.
