Just get a refurbed one for around $650 through CPS

so what send in my 40d and they credit me 400+ dollars towards the 60d and i make up the difference?

or just buy a crappy P&S and use it towards the CPS?

I have some of the worse luck when it comes to selling stuff to upgrade, if you'de trade me the 5dc you got for my 40d and 50mm i wouldnt need to be looking at 60d's:p

You don't know how the program works if you ask a question like that. You should read the first post in the loyalty program thread. It'll answer any possible questions you might have.

Selling/trading are two sides of the same coin. Trading really doesn't make things any easier.

the marketplace has got a SH|T ton of stuff in it, but people pay to post in there so the sellers are a little moreresponsible for what goes on, like no spamming threads and not many peeps ripping people off.

If only they would bring back the 5dmkII through CPS again!

MOkoFOko wrote in post #13274118 (external link)
5d3 isn't out yet :D I bet they bring it back at that point.

That would be so tempting. ;)

I think about selling a bunch of my stuff occasionally. In fact I had three lenses for sale three years ago, but only had one that got sold -- my 300mm f/2.8 IS. It was a sweet lens, I get misty-eyed thinking about it, but at least it paid my expenses for a bit.
