Julian you not having issues viewing your Zen? I have a bit of an issue viewing my photos specially in edit mode and I checked their forum and it seems like a very wide spread issue and not particularly tied up to my ISP maybe its just my luck haha

you guys are lucky to have any form of insurance I think there are some insurance company that offers those services here in PI but very few have them...I don't even have one myself

Thumbnails loads fast, but when I click on the thumbnail to open up it used to be very speedy but now it takes a good 15-20seconds to open up just like Flickr
