Hi All,
I have problem with those hazy shoots with my telephoto landscape shot. Other than adding a warming / yellow filter or Photoshop, shooting before the sun high up; what is your technic ?

Sep 28, 2011 23:25 | #4 A CPL doesn't make the colours "much nicer", but enhances them by getting rid of erroneous light coming into the camera.
Same location, very next photo, the CPL is turned to what I'd like - less glare:
Sometimes, when using a CPL, you want more reflective glare, to maximise a reflection. The CPL will help get the best of the colours you are looking for, especially in harsh light.
