DPP doesn't save EXIF in TIFF file

No because I need that the file produced by GIMP maintains the exif in order to post the images online with the entire exif. GIMP can't manage the exif for tiff files and this is wrong.

Well the nice thing about Gimp is an active and responsive forum where you can voice your complaint and maybe convince somebody to write some code that will one day correct the problem.

Yes, already posted in GIMP forum, hope somebody correct the program.

Programs that strip the Exif aren't that rare.

Didn't research if that happens mainly with DPP-tiffs, tiffs in general or perhaps even jpegs.

It happens only with TIFF.
