Is there a way to get your pictures from the computer back on to your SD card?

Use a card reader and just copy them.

You could try ZoomBrowser, but I don't know if it will work "backwards" with a camera like that...I don't mess with ZoomBrowser much, and have only connected a camera to a computer to do tethered shooting, so I can only suggest you poke around ZoomBrowser and see what you come up with!

AFAIK, a card reader is the only way. But you should be aware that if the files have been altered in any way, including headers changed, the chances that the camera will display them are slim.

Open My Computer > Sd card and drag from computer over to the card. A tip: always "safely remove hardware" to avoid corruptIng some files.

I wonder if the video editors on The Titanic ever went, "Sorry, I can't right now. I'm busy synching the Titanic..."

wow

There are various reasons why someone might want or need to do this. The OP may have been using the Canon Utilities software with the camera plugged into the computer, which would be problematic. But, with a card reader it's doable. And, if you have good reason, well, what's to criticize or question:)?

And a SD card works great in some digital display frames.

Actually, EOS Utilities doesn't allow you to copy pictures from your PC back to your SD card. Either does Zoom browser.
