Sigma 10-20 f/3.5 Possible issue

I find not much discussion on the f/3.5 version. My copy is showing a good amount of chromatic aberration. Usually requiring -30 Red/Cyan in Photoshop Camera Raw for correction. I also notice the corners, most often in upper left, to be experiencing issues.
On the side topic of AF issues, both of my Sigma lenses have no outstanding issues. Just minor user errors.

Chris, did you end up keeping the lens?

Also, I don't notice the CA as much as the image distortion in that shot.

Sigma has poor quality control..,.,,,,.
