hair in the face on the left cheek bothers me as well as some minor blemishes (read not the mole) that could be touched up. Also, the eyes are a little overdone. They look more glossy in a bad way like she had too may drinks before the shoot than it does to make them pop.

Eyes are way overdone for me. Also agree that a couple of the other minor blemishes should be cleaned up. Lips (her right side) need cleaned up a bit. Skin looks ok at this size.

I like it. I agree about the eyes, well one of them anyway.. Her right eye looks ok to me, but the left is way too bright considering that side of her face is more shaded.

Thanks for the inputs! Her eyes are naturally bright, I think I really did overdid it. Again, thank you! Skin is still a challenge for me for closeup headshots like this.

Here's 2 more. What do you guys think? I didn't process the eyes this time.

Very nice shots, and the last pic does a nice job of emphasizing those exceptional eyes.
