Just got this email from POTN. Is this a scam or legit?

Same here! Whew, what a relief. Never click on a link provided in an automated email. That si a sure sign of a scam. Always go to the site on your own.

I got the same email. So the email itself is a scam (trying to make people click on the link) or someone is trying to log into different accounts and the email is legit/automatically sent if someone missed the password 5 times?

It's a VPS server robot in Monzoon Networks AG's SwissVPN client pool. I have now firewalled 80.254.76.128/25 to prevent any more attempts by that robot.

Anyone can try to log in with your name and after 5 failed logins system blocks the attempts (to prevent brute force robots) and sends that warning mail to account owner. The mail actually tells you the attempt did not succeed.

THIS IS VITAL: MAKE SURE YOU PASSWORD IS NOT A WORD YOU CAN GUESS, SAME AS YOUR USERNAME, OR A WORD YOU CAN FIND IN ANY DICTIONARY.
