Going to an outdoor carshow
Weather is supposed to be cloudy
Cars will be parked on the streets
Using a Canon T2i, 18>>55 with a circular polarizing filter
Should I remove the filter due to most of day forecasted as being cloudy

the cpl will help out greatly with reflections, like windshields and weird fender glare. I'd leave it on.
