advice for shooting 1st gig tomorrow

hi been asked by a local band to take pics to promote them gigs etc.Their 1st gig is tomorrow.Planing to use 50 1.8 and 70-200 2.8is.My major concern is ISO.Will my 450d cope with the light? Also any tips greatly appreicated .Don't know what the lighting in the club just been given a postcode.Help

I use to have a 400D, that coped with concert lighting conditions very well. About the 70-200mm 2.8is, it all depends on the stage area, if it is too close, then use the 50mm. But bring both just in case

Just do the best with what you got. Do some test shots with the band before them. Are you going to be right in front of the stage?

If its a dark condition, yeah you would be correct it wouldn't be fast enough, but just take it just in case...you never know
