...ok, i tried exposing the bottom properly but obviously the top portion was over exposed, so this is the shot I came up with. I was hoping to get a little bit more to my right to be right in the center, unfortunately, there was a late night tour group going on!

The bottom is easy enough to fix. It looks like there are 3 different color lights there - something I've never noticed.

Man, that dome is sure bright though.

Take multiple shots at different exposures. Blend together in post.
