Blading on a sunny day.....

I posted this in the people section, but just realised sport may be more suitable........

These shots were just for fun, with a professional blader.
It's a bit scary having your camera/head on the ground when the blader is grinding towards you very very quickly.
Luckily he didnt hit me, these shots were taken on sports mode as I was being lazy....
I shot with my 20d+17-40L.
The colours are straight from the camera, I only cropped and adjusted levels....
I love this lens.........

Nice angles and great compositions... but these are just crying out for a little blast of fill-in flash.

Hey Gavin,
I know the flash would have brought out the details.
But on that day, I walked out of the house with only my camera.
Next time, I will be prepared.
Its all great practice.....

I like the first one. The angle is good.. The second one looks like he's about to fall backwards.

I agree 100%.
Fill flash would make these that much better.

haha...no doubt, i still have hoax 1-3 on vhs somewhere around here

#1 is a better shot, but you cut out just a nitch of his skate

and yeah, fill flash ALWAYS helps skate shots
