At first I thought you were posting a 80yr old photo!

I like the effect, but I think its a little flat.
Played with the levels and contrast a bit, but it may not be the effect you are looking for

I like this a lot. Having the front bumper of the first car would have been nice, but even still I think think its a great final shot.

My first reaction was that this was vintage, too. But, 80 years ago the fence would not have been there.
