I have a family session this weekend with 11 people. The setting will take place at a park about 15 minutes from my studio.

I've done families of 5-6 people and understand the basics. Putting the most important/older people in the middle and out from there. I also understand the basics of forming triangles.

But I'm not too sure with 11 people.

Anyone with ideas or examples would help. Thanks!

Pay attention to height....

if you got the basics down for a group of 6, then 5 more is really only an expanding of those basics.

Just watch for height, as i would think that would be an important factor(im assuming since when photogs shoot graudations etc everyone is in order by height as to not obstruct)

You could also impore techniques like having youngest ones sit or kneel...
