LAX shenanigans

Spent an hour or so at Imperial hill, then booked it over to In-N-Out for the last 20 minutes of sun, which, as luck would have it, gave me nothing but narrow-body domestics until the sun was down. Grr. Oh well...I really need a longer lens, though - this is all 1d3 and 70-200. LAX has to be one of the best, most consistent spotting places in the world, especially with the easy access to good views. What else is up there- Schipol and...?

Haha. That's how I feel about KDEN. All we get is a320s and a bunch of Southwest jets. Although, we do have a Lufthansa 747-400 active twice every day

Thanks Jay. I can definitely concur with that, I've probably flown into pheonix 40 times total on either a 737 or a320. Shame too, such a pretty airport scenery wise.

I just moved from lake tahoe, where that was entirely the case. Nice to be able to head some FREAKIN JET NOISE! Love it.

Hey, at least your within driving distance of LA and Miramar, and good airshows!
