I've recently become fascinated by street photography and tried my hand at it during a trip to Morocco. It was an interesting experience. Many did not like their photos taken. Women especially did not like photographs of them being taken.
The man in #4 waved off another person in my group when she tried to take a picture of him so I shot that photo from the hip which is why he's cropped pretty low in the frame. Many, like the kid in #5 straight up asked for money if I was pretty obvious in taking pictures of them. This happened more often in touristy areas and some of street "performers" in the main square in Marrakech became quite annoyed to the point of almost being angry if you did not "pay" them for taking a picture of them.
All of these except for #1 & #8 were taken within the medina in Fez.
