I would guess yes. If not, it's distracting whatever it is.

Shampoo sounds like an unfortunate name for a hair product.
You're a ghost driving a meat-coated skeleton made from stardust, riding a rock, hurtling through space. Fear Nothing!

I would agree the same message could have been given in a much more appropriate way. :(

That was uncalled for. If people are going to point out something wrong with the photo they should give some sort of advice on improvement.

i rather like the processing on this image. especially if it goes with a theme of any sort.
the umbrella in the glasses didn't bother me until it was pointed out.

I don't mind the colors in the processing. Is there some skin smoothing going on? If so, perhaps pull back on that. As others have pointed out, the umbrella reflection is unfortunate. The framing feels rather cramped and the angle isn't the most flattering.

That said, I think this is a decent enough image.

As for the other comments, I agree that scorpio_e could have articulated his comments in a more constructive way. However, ironically, the points were made and I do agree with them.

The decision to never again post here is of course your choice but I will say that a fragile ego will get you nowhere. Neither does the whole "bty.scorpio_e... your stuff isn't any better!" attitude.

Either absorb the C & C or ignore the ones you don't feel are valid or aren't helpful.

OMG I can not believe people can be this sensitive.
Maybe its me but it drive me crazy when people overprocess an image.
If you removed the logo from the top. Removed the umbrella from the sun glasses and cloned out the thing going through his chin and her arm. Dialed way back on the processing. I think you may have a good image.

As far as my work, I know what is good and I know what is bad. If I post anything, I can take harsh comments. I know when my baby is ugly.

The comment below is worse than my YUCKY statement . Truly uncalled for.

Sorry, I agree with mamabravo - your stuff isn't any better. Before you coming back at me, I never say my stuff is amazing, either. At the very least, I don't make such a irresponsible remark about someone's pictures. You can't really take "harsh comments" if you think his comment was harsh..

I got grossed out by flipping through your portfolio, sorry.

There could be improvements with his picture, but I can't related the word "yuck" with it in any way.
