Is this reasonable price? I haven't done too much comparison shopping. I don't know what other brands are out there. I was at a local store and just happened to passed by the aisle and they had a few boxes of SensoKlear kit (external link). I already have the lens pen and a pocket rocket. But I don't mind having duplicates.

At $79 CAD is this a good price? I've seen some US sites who sells the loupe only, for the same price.

Thanks

That exact same one cost $36.24 from B&H. I would probably go with a better brand sensor loupe myself. Something like Delkin Device Kit http://www.bhphotovideo.com …Scope_3_Cleaning_Kit.html (external link) or Visible Dust kit http://www.bhphotovideo.com …_Butterfly_724_Super.html (external link)

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick

Both of those companies sell the loupe by itself as well.

Thanks for the heads up Patrick.

I found the Delkin brand locally. It's a bit more money but it has more stuff that I can use like the sensor solution and the vac. It comes in a nice case too:). I find it interesting that the sensorscope cost $105(bought separately) but the entire kit is only $120. So Delkin is a better unit?

It also looks like that the sensorscope must be lifted in able for you to reach in and clean the sensor while the other brand had a "port hole" so you do not need to remove the scope.

I think the Delkin kit is definitely better then the one you listed. As for using the scope, its made to look at the sensor. It magnifies and has a light so you can see where the dust is. You have to remove it to clean your sensor.
