I hope this is the right place to post about this?!?!?
I have Halloween pics of my kids I went to transfer to my computer and it said "There are no images in the camera or memory card that match dowload conditions."
I am going to be just sick if I can't fix this. They are the ONLY pics of my Halloween kids I have!!!!!
Please help!!!!

Do the pictures show up on the camera viewer? If so, you're probably OK. It sounds like the software on your computer is looking for some file format or other parameter (drive letter? date?) that doesn't mesh with the jpg images you've taken. What are you using -- hardware and software -- to do the transfer?

Thanks for the response!!
I could view them on my camera. I just asked to "view" the pics on the Canon software instead of download them and then selected them from there and downloaded them. It worked.
I think it is a software/computer problem. My computer has been acting up lately. I need to do some reformatting.
THANKS again.
