making a contact sheet in lightroom to email

Title says it all. I want to create a contact sheet and then e-mail. Is this possible and if so, how? I know I can make a contact sheet, but how do I e-mail it?

After you have exported (printed) the contact sheet to jpg, open your e-mail program and attach the jpg the same way you would attach any other jpg.

Like Elie said. Your Print module gives you the option to save your print layout as a jpeg, then you can just attach it to your email.

what about if you dont have a printer, can i just save to email?

Not directly from the Print module, from there you can only print or save a jpg to the HD. I suppose you could save the jpg, import it to LR and then export to email, but just attaching it yourself is much simpler.
